Welcome to the Virtual Blue Eagles!
We are a virtual aerobatic team and have been founded in 2007. In 2008 we took part for the first time at the “Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams (VFAT)”. Our 45-minutes-display was built of more than twenty maneuvers and formations.We use “Lock on flaming cliffs (V.1.12a)” and fly the McDonnell-Douglas F-15C “Eagle” which is an air superiority fighter coming into service in the last century’s 70s. The F-15 Eagle is still in service several hundred times world wide. The aircraft is still been built and from 2009 on the F-15 K “Slam Eagle” will be delivered to South Korea. Our team name sounds very similar to the real Blue Angels as well as to the Virtual Blue Angels which we both adore very much for their magnificent skills and dedication! Our adorement comes to sight in the painting scheme of our F-15C Eagle. OSince you choosed our English website we would like to give you some more information about nationalities and our main language. Actually there are five German speaking and one English speaking pilot in the team. Our main conversation language ist German but our communication procedures are being handled in English only.
